The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team delivering complex, secure engineering, design, and build solutions. This role is based in Monmouth and focuses on projects within the defence, infrastructure, and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Drawing: Develop 3D models and produce 2D drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD.
Planning andamp; Compliance: Create planning application drawings and technical details for building regulations and construction.
Project Delivery: Assist in taking schemes from post-planning stages through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
BIM Coordination: Support BIM processes, including attending clash detection meetings.
Site Work: Conduct site visits and measured surveys to assess project requirements.
Collaboration: Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to coordinate detailed design information.

Experience and Skills
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, CDM regulations, and construction procedures.
Software Proficiency: Experience in Revit and AutoCAD.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client liaison and team collaboration.
Organisation: Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Education: A degree in Architectural Technology, Architectural Design, or a relevant engineering field.
