Overview
We are looking to recruit an Architectural Technician to join our fantastic Scotland West Technical team. The role will see you working under the supervision of the Technical Manager, providing architectural design services and solutions on individual projects, presenting proposals and working drawings using AutoCAD.Responsibilities
Provide support in the planning and warrants process, including liaison with local authoritiesProvide appropriate drawings and details to the commercial team to assist the procurement processProvide CAD drawings and details to Production teams for use on siteProvide appropriate drawings and details for use by the Sales Team for brochure production and on site usageRequirements
Experience in Architectural Design, ideally within housebuildingCIOB qualification in Building Design or related HNC/HNDAutoCAD literate with an understanding of the construction processUnderstanding of technical detailing at all levels of housing designWhat we offer
