We create better places where people and planet prosper.We are looking to recruit an Architectural Technician to join our fantastic Scotland West Technical team. The role will see you working under the supervision of the Technical Manager, providing architectural design services and solutions on individual projects, presenting proposals and working drawings using AutoCAD.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide support in the planning and warrants process, including liaison with local authoritiesProviding appropriate drawings and details to the commercial team to assist the procurement process.Providing CAD drawings and details to Production teams for use on siteProvide appropriate drawings and details for use by the Sales Team for brochure production and on site usageREQUIREMENTS:To have experience in Architectural Design, ideally working within housebuildingTo have a CIOB qualification in Building Design or a related HNC/HND.To be AutoCAD literate and have an understanding of the construction processTo understand technical detailing at all levels of housing designWHAT WE OFFER:Competitive basic salary26 days annual leave + public holidays + your birthday offOpportunity to earn 10% bonusCompany contribute 6.5% to your pension, and other benefitsHow to applyPlease submit your Curriculum Vitae and covering letter ideally including details of your current salary and notice period.This job advert will close as soon as sufficient applications have been received, and therefore you should apply for this job as soon as possible.(No Agencies Please)Apply for this position
