About the Company

An established architectural practice with a strong pipeline of projects across the industrial, logistics and commercial sectors. The practice works across a range of schemes, from early-stage feasibility, viability and space planning through to technical design and delivery.

The team is continuing to grow and is looking to add an Architectural Technologist to its Chichester office.

About the Role

This role is suited to an Architectural Technologist with UK industrial experience and strong Revit skills.

You will work across a variety of industrial, logistics and commercial projects, contributing throughout the design and delivery process. The role offers exposure to projects from early feasibility and space planning through to detailed technical design and construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across industrial, logistics and commercial projects.

• Contribute to projects from early feasibility through to technical delivery.

• Develop technical design information and detailed drawing packages.

• Support viability studies, space planning and early-stage design.

• Coordinate design information with consultants and project teams.

• Produce and develop technical information using Revit.

• Contribute to warehouse, industrial, commercial and roadside schemes.

• Support projects through relevant RIBA stages.

• Work collaboratively with architects, clients, consultants and wider project teams.

• Assist with maintaining technical standards and quality across projects.

About You

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist.

• Strong UK industrial and/or logistics experience.

• Strong proficiency in Revit.

• Experience working on warehouse, industrial or commercial developments.

• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction processes.

• Experience across technical design and project delivery.

• Experience with feasibility, viability or space planning would be beneficial.

• Experience of drive-thru, roadside or other commercial schemes would be advantageous.

• Strong technical detailing and coordination skills.

• Good communication and organisational skills.

• Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a wider team.

• Relevant architectural technology qualification or equivalent experience.
