Architectural Technician

We are seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join our client’s team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, including residential, industrial, education, and healthcare schemes, offering excellent exposure and career development.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, working drawings, and specifications
• Produce and manage design information using Revit
• Assist in the preparation of planning applications and Building Regulations packages
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
• Respond to technical queries during construction and assist with on-site coordination

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology (HNC/HND/Degree)
• Proven experience in a similar Architectural Technician role
• Experience working on residential, industrial, education, or healthcare projects
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
