Full working knowledge of CAD drawing systemWorking with consultants to an agreed programme for SAP calculations, landscaping, tree surveys, ecological surveys etcManaging the external supply chain for third party details such as heating, trusses, joists, staircases to ensure effective deliveryPreparing and presenting technical details/plans internallyRepresenting the Technical Department at meetingsResponding to site queries and resolving technical/construction issuesManaging the NHBC/Building Regulations applications to approvalLiaising with the Technical Manager to ensure discharge of all planning conditionsEnsuring that working drawings are in accordance with the approved planning schemeManaging the production, control, and issue of working drawings and all associated technical information to all partiesIf you are interested in finding out more, please contact Alex ..... full job details .....
