They work with some of the UK s major developers and pride themselves on delivering accurate, responsive and thoroughly considered design packages. The Role: Architectural Technician You will be responsible for producing detailed construction and working drawing packages for residential developments, including: Standard and bespoke housing types Apartment / flat schemes Technical detailing and construction packages Working closely with volume housebuilder clients About You: Architectural Technician Minimum 5 years experience in residential working drawings / technical delivery Strong experience working with volume housebuilders Knowledge of both standard and bespoke house / flat design Excellent technical detailing and construction drawing ability Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit experience beneficial but not essential What s on offer: Salary: £28,000 £38,000 depending on experience Performance Bonus: Annual Christmas bonus Holiday: 2...
