The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the technical design process and ensuring the smooth execution of projects to the highest standards. This position requires strong leadership, precision, and the ability to both direct and support project teams in a busy studio environment.Responsibilities

Lead the technical coordination and delivery of projects from concept through to completionPrepare, review, and manage detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentationEnsure compliance with current Building Regulations, industry standards, and statutory requirementsLiaise closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve successful project outcomesMentor and support junior team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative studio cultureQualifications and Skills

Degree, HNC, or HND in Architectural TechnologyChartered CIAT membership (or working towards) preferredStrong track record of technical design and project deliverySkilled in BIM workflows and proficient with industry-standard softwareEffective leadership, communication, and collaborative working skillsExperience across a variety of sectors (education, residential, industrial, etc.) beneficialAbility to manage multiple live projects with strong organisational ..... full job details .....
