I am partnering with one of the UK''s leading multidisciplinary design consultancies in their search for an Architectural Technician to join their award-winning Manchester studio.
A reputable consultancy that works on projects across a diverse portfolio including residential, education, transport, workplace, sport, heritage, culture, leisure and healthcare sectors.

Your new role
As an Architectural Technician, you will support the design and technical delivery of projects from concept through to completion.You will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawings and design documentation while ensuring projects meet legislative, regulatory and health & safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Assist in the delivery of projects through all RIBA stages.
• Work collaboratively with architects, engineers and wider design teams.
• Ensure designs comply with current building regulations and technical standards.
• Utilise Revit and other digital design tools to support project delivery.
• Contribute to the production of coordinated and technically robust design solutions.
• Support project teams in delivering high-quality buildings across multiple sectors.

What you''ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Architectural Technician, confident in interpreting and applying UK Building Regulations, legislative requirements and health and safety standards, while demonstrating excellent technical proficiency in Revit.
This consultancy is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual who will work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team and have experience working across a range of construction projects.
