The Architectural Technician role:

• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to progress projects from concept through to completion
• Produce precise technical drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation
• Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors across all project stages
• Contribute to the delivery of sustainable, innovative design solutions that balance creativity and technical excellence

• Architectural Technology degree, or an HNC/HND
• Experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist with a strong record of delivering complex schemes
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong construction and technical knowledge, with exceptional attention to detail
• Effective communicator with excellent coordination and teamwork skills
• Proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused, with the ability to work independently when needed
