We''re seeking a talented Architectural Technician with strong technical expertise to join a well-established RIBA chartered practice in Chelmsford. This role is ideal for an Architectural Technician with solid post-qualification experience who''s eager to grow their skills and progress their career. You''ll be a natural team player, enjoy working on residential schemes, and have proven proficiency in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings to meet client briefs and project requirements

• Support the development of design solutions from initial concept through to project completion

• Collaborate closely with architects, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery

• Ensure all work complies with current building regulations and industry standards

Skills & Experience

• Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology

• Strong, post-qualification experience within a UK-based practice

• Demonstrated success in delivering residential projects

• Excellent technical knowledge with strong detailing skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD

• Able to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

• Ideally based locally to Chelmsford
