My Client is a medium sized house builder with a strong reputation and have a flair for quality well designed homes in the Dorset area.

The Technical Director is searching for an Architectural Technician-to support the Technical Team of 11 designers, technicians and engineers.

The role will involve producing the working drawings for residential schemes. My client are growing from 150 untist to 350 in the next 2 years.

The design team use BIM and ArchiCad experience is preferred.

The salary is -30 to -40K depending on experience with benefits and discretionary bonus.
