Architectural Technician

Job Title: Architectural TechnicianLocation: Glasgow, ScotlandJob Type: Full-timeJob Overview:We have an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join our Technical team, based in Glasgow.You will be reporting to the Technical Director, this is a core role within the team, acting as a central point of contact for planning systems, as well as overseeing invoice tracking and document management systems to ensure a consistent and reliable approach.The primary purpose of the role is to provide architectural support and technical guidance to both office-based and site-based operations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare working drawings and provide detailed information for site operations, including managing design details for bespoke units.Resolve and monitor site queries to support progress and product development.Coordinate and manage specialist suppliers, integrating their requirements into working drawing packages.Produce or procure architectural detailing for non-standard elements.Obtain Building Regulation approvals.Procure landscaping surveys, designs, and management plans.Produce information to support legal and sales teams (e.g., deed plans).Act as a key contact for planning systems, ensuring accurate submissions and tracking.Manage document control systems and invoice tracking processes.Health and Safety Responsibilities:Take responsibility for your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your work.Adhere to all relevant health, safety, ..... full job details .....
