Architectural Technician

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working with an established and highly regarded architectural practice in Shrewsbury, who are looking to add an Architectural Technician to their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an Architectural Technician with around 2 5 years experience in architectural practice who is looking to take the next step in their career within a friendly, design-focused environment. The practice works across a varied portfolio of commercial and residential projects, giving you the opportunity to gain experience across a range of project types and RIBA work stages. You ll be joining a team where technical quality, good design and practical project delivery are all important. The Role As an Architectural Technician, you will be involved in the production and development of architectural information across a variety of residential and commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include: Producing detailed architectural drawings and technical information Developing projects from planning through to technical design and construction Working alongside Architects and other members of the design team Assisting with Building Regulations and technical compliance Producing accurate and coordinated drawing packages Liaising with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders where required Contributing to projects across different sectors and stages of the design process About You The ideal candidate will have: Around 2 5 years experience ..... full job details .....
