My Client is a national house builder with a strong reputation and have 5 star status. They have standard house types

The Technical Director is searching for an Architectural Technician or Assistant Architectural Technician to support the Technical Team.

The role will involve:

Provide architectural/technical support and technical guidance for regional site and office based operations.

Provide Technical Support in respect of planning applications.

To co-ordinate and manage the issue of technical documentation.

Maintain documentation for the standard product portfolio.

It is strongly preferred that you have experience on volume residential projects, mainly housing.-

The salary is -30 to -40K depending on experience with a car or allowance, healthcare, contributory pension, life cover, 25 days hols and a generous 10% bonus.
