Architectural Technician

My client are an award winning architectural practice based in Chelmsford, Essex and are seeking an-experienced Architectural Technician who is qualified to HNC standard, with a good knowledge of-AutoCAD is essential and-a minimum of two years-experience is-required working on residential projects. A good understanding of the Building Regulations and-NHBC Standards is preferable. Candidates should have experience of producing working drawings and-construction details, along with a good understanding of the planning process.
