A growing residential developer is looking to appoint an Architectural Technician to join its expanding Technical team based near Wakefield. Following a successful period of growth and a recent company rebrand, the business continues to invest heavily in its people and developments as it expands beyond Yorkshire into new regions. This is an additional hire due to increased workload and offers the opportunity to join a young, ambitious team with genuine long-term career prospects.Working within an established Technical department of eight people, you''ll support the delivery of a growing portfolio of residential developments while working closely alongside an experienced Architect and senior technical professionals.
