Architectural Technician

An independent architectural practice of 10 with an excellent reputation have made a big start to 2026 with many projects underway and more to follow. They are working on high spec housing, education and commercial projects ranging from 1m to 10m throughout the South West region. You will play a pivotal role taking schemes from planning through to technical design and then on to construction stages. This role will see you attending sites and working closely with clients. In order to be successful you will need to demonstrate experience in your portfolio working from stages 3/5 and have superb detailing skills. Candidates applying should be fluent with AutoCAD and have a strong understanding of construction legislations.
