This position will involve supporting the delivery of a variety of leisure, spa, and fitness developments by producing accurate technical documentation and collaborating closely with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Produce detailed technical drawings, layouts, and construction documentation using AutoCAD. Prepare and coordinate technical information across all phases of project delivery. Assist in the preparation of planning applications, Building Regulations submissions, and statutory approvals. Work closely with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and design consistency.
