6-month contract for an Architectural Project Manager with the potential to convert into permanent An opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Projects Manager to join a busy capital projects team, leading the architectural design and delivery of a varied portfolio of capital schemes. This role will suit a design-led professional who enjoys operating as the client lead, managing multidisciplinary consultants and ensuring high-quality, compliant design outcomes.You will take projects from early feasibility through to delivery, working across all RIBA stages, with a strong focus on design quality, statutory compliance, sustainability and value for money.Your new role Lead the architectural design and project management of allocated capital projects from inception through to completionAct as client lead for early RIBA stages (0-4), including feasibility, options appraisals, design development and planningManage and coordinate external design consultants to deliver integrated, compliant design solutionsPrepare and review project briefs, specifications, drawings and technical informationEnsure compliance with relevant legislation including Building Safety Act 2022, CDM 2015 and Building RegulationsMonitor design-stage budgets, risks and change controlAdminister JCT/NEC contracts through design and construction stagesEmbed sustainability, accessibility and whole-life value principles into design solutionsProvide professional advice to senior stakeholders and elected members as ..... full job details .....
