Architectural Lead - Data Centre ConstructionLocation: Blyth, Northumberland3D Personnel are recruiting on behalf of an established international main contractor delivering technically complex data centre and mission-critical construction projects.Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural Lead to oversee the architectural and internal fitout packages on a major data centre development in Blyth, Northumberland.This is a senior site-based position with responsibility for managing multiple work packages, subcontractors and construction teams.The RoleReport to the CSA Lead and manage Package Managers, Engineers and Construction ManagersOversee architectural fitout works including partitions, doors, ceilings, raised access floors, finishes and clean room installationsCoordinate architectural packages with structural and MEP construction activitiesManage subcontractor delivery, programme, quality and installation standardsMonitor package budgets, costs and commercial performanceReview subcontractor pricing, invoices, valuations and retentionsEnsure works are delivered in line with approved design information and project specificationsMaintain effective communication with the wider project leadership and commercial teamsDrive construction progress and resolve technical and programme challengesCandidate Requirements10+ years'' experience working within a main contracting environmentDegree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related disciplineProven experience ..... full job details .....
