The practice have been established since 2018, in which time they have already developed an enviable client portfolio and grown to a team of 15 Architectural professionals, made up of Architects, Technicians and Assistants. Residential work is the lifeblood of the practice, working with housebuilders and private clients alike on both multi-unit developments and one off housing. The individual for this role will ideally have a solid background in the Residential sector, ideally having worked either within or very closely with housebuilders or affordable housing schemes on a national scale. The practice have secured themselves on a high profile framework within the social/affordable housing sector with guaranteed work for the next 5 years.
