Job Overview Architectural Assistant (Part II) Job in SW London with a RIBA Chartered practice specialising in high-end residential, hospitality and listed building projects across the UK and overseas. This role suits a Part II Architectural Assistant/ Architectura Designer with at least three years'' UK experience seeking exposure to prime residential and hotel schemes from concept to construction. Based in South West London, you will support design and technical delivery across RIBA Stages 1-6, working closely with senior architects on new build, refurbishment and conservation projects.Role and ResponsibilitiesPrepare design and construction information packagesDevelop concept and detailed design proposalsProduce planning and Building Regulations drawingsCoordinate consultants and technical informationAssist with tender documentation and NBS specifications Skills and Experience RequiredPart II qualified with minimum three years'' experienceStrong UK residential or hospitality project backgroundExperience across RIBA Stages 1-6Understanding of UK Building RegulationsProficient in Vectorworks, knowledge desirable Salary and BenefitsSalary of 30,000 - 38,000 depending on experience.Discretionary annual bonusCompany pension schemeBUPA cashback scheme21 days holiday rising to 25Bank holidays in additionApply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
