Architect/Architectural Technician

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
-Conduct detailed feasibility studies
-Carry out site visits and measurements
-Prepare innovative and accurate preliminary designs
-Liaise effectively with clients and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
-Produce and submit planning applications
-Create building regulation and construction drawings
-Compile pre-construction information packs
-Oversee projects from inception to completion through effective project management
Qualities & Skills Required
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
-High proficiency in AutoCAD
-2-3 years'' experience in a similar architectural or technical role
-Strong technical knowledge and proven construction detailing skills
-In-depth understanding of UK building regulations
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
-Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach
-Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-A clean, valid UK driving licence
