Senior Architect - High Wycombe

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our RIBA Chartered architectural practice who are firm believers in work life balance and offer flexi-working time, leading the delivery of projects, including high-quality residential schemes from initial brief through to final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage residential projects across all RIBA work stages, from concept design to completion
• Develop and present design proposals that respond to client briefs, planning requirements, and site constraints
• Produce and oversee detailed design information using Revit
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery
• Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources effectively
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

• Architect with-post-Part 3 experience in a UK-based practice
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Proven track record of delivering residential projects from inception to handover
• Excellent design, technical, and project management skills
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience
