Senior Architect - High Wycombe We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our RIBA Chartered architectural practice who are firm believers in work life balance and offer flexi-working time, leading the delivery of projects, including high-quality residential schemes from initial brief through to final handover. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage residential projects across all RIBA work stages, from concept design to completion Develop and present design proposals that respond to client briefs, planning requirements, and site constraints Produce and oversee detailed design information using Revit Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources effectively Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members Requirements: Architect with post-Part 3 experience in a UK-based practice Strong proficiency in Revit Proven track record of delivering residential projects from inception to handover Excellent design, technical, and project management skills Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects within a collaborative, design-focused studio committed to delivering thoughtful and well-executed residential architecture. ..... full job details .....
