Senior Architect - Greater Manchester We are working with an established architectural practice based in Greater Manchester, who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architect to join their growing team. We are looking for an Architect who combines strong design ability, technical expertise and project leadership. You will be confident managing clients, leading project teams and coordinating consultants, while having the technical knowledge to take responsibility for delivering high-quality residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Architect with significant residential experience to take a senior role delivering a varied portfolio of projects across volume housebuilding, private residential, affordable housing and regeneration. You will work across both public and private sector projects, taking responsibility for project delivery while developing strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors. As Senior Architect, you will: Lead residential and regeneration projects from concept through to construction. Take responsibility for project delivery, programme and design quality. Act as a key point of contact for clients and lead client meetings. Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams. Develop and review design and technical information.
