Opportunity for a Qualified Architect to join an Architectural and Project Management consultancy in the centre of Birmingham. 

Working across a variety of project sectors to include education, healthcare, leisure, industrial and commercial, heritage and residential. The practice have a large amount of healthcare work and specialists in this area, therefore a healthcare Architect would be desirable however not essential. 

You will join a medium size team of 30 working across a variety of projects leading and managing the projects through all RIBA stages.

Responsibilities

 - Project Delivery
 - Liaising Clients to understand their business goals
 - Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
 - Managing planning applications, and building regulations
 - Solving any issues that may arise
 - Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
 - Assist on planning applications and appeals
 - Visit site for inspections
 - Assist in business development
