About the Role

RGB is seeking an Architect for a permanent role based in Birmingham, offering a salary between £35,000 and £50,000 per annum depending on experience. You will join a consultancy of 30 professionals delivering projects across education, healthcare, leisure, industrial, commercial, heritage, and residential sectors. This position involves leading and managing projects through all RIBA stages, from initial client liaison to final delivery. While experience in healthcare is desirable, it is not essential. Responsibilities include managing project delivery, understanding client business objectives, and coordinating with team members to ensure successful outcomes across a varied portfolio of work.

Opportunity for a Qualified Architect to join an Architectural and Project Management consultancy in the centre of Birmingham.
Working across a variety of project sectors to include education, healthcare, leisure, industrial and commercial, heritage and residential. The practice have a large amount of healthcare work and specialists in this area, therefore a healthcare Architect would be desirable however not essential.
You will join a medium size team of 30 working across a variety of projects leading and managing the projects through all RIBA stages.
Responsibilities
- Project Delivery
- Liaising Clients to understand their business goals
- Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
- Managing planning applications, and building regulations
- Solving any issues that may arise
- Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
- Assist on planning applications and appeals
- Visit site for inspections
- Assist in business development
Requirements
- Qualified ARB / RIBA Architect
- Strong design and technical skills
- Revit is essential
- Experienced within the Architectural industry
- Healthcare experience preferred
