MarTech Architect (Contract)£600-£700 per day Outside IR35 Midlands (1 day a month) REED Technology are working with a client who are seeking an experienced MarTech Architect to play a key role in shaping the future of customer engagement, personalisation and AI-enabled marketing capabilities within a large-scale consumer-facing environment.This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, data, technology and customer experience, helping define and deliver solutions that enable smarter, more personalised customer interactions across multiple channels.Key responsibilities Defining architecture solutions across Marketing Technology ecosystemsEvaluating existing customer engagement, marketing and data platformsSupporting technology assessments, vendor evaluations and RFP processesDesigning future-state solutions focused on customer personalisation and automationIdentifying opportunities to leverage AI across marketing operations and customer engagement journeysWorking closely with stakeholders across Technology, Product, Data and Marketing functionsProducing architecture artefacts, solution designs and technology roadmapsSupporting delivery teams through implementation and adoptionSkills and ExperineceEssential Proven experience as a MarTech Architect, Solution Architect or Digital ArchitectStrong understanding of Marketing Technology ecosystemsExperience with CRM, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), customer engagement or personalisation platformsExperience leading ..... full job details .....
