The successful candidate will demonstrate strong design capability, sound technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills, with experience across all RIBA work stages.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of sports and leisure projects across the UK.Manage projects through all RIBA work stages, ensuring successful outcomes.Produce high-quality design, technical and construction documentation.Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards.Manage project programmes, deliverables and key deadlines.Present design proposals and communicate project progress to clients and teams.Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver innovative and inspiring architectural solutions.Key RequirementsARB Registered Architect with experience across all RIBA work stages.Good knowledge of current UK Building Regulations and technical ..... full job details .....
