This RIBA-chartered studio is recognised for producing high-quality architecture across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, retail, and education. The practice offers a collaborative, supportive environment that encourages creativity, technical development, and professional growth.The role of Architect will involve: Leading and supporting retail design and fit-out projects from concept through to completion Coordinating design information and technical outputs across internal and external project teams Producing drawings, specifications and Scope of Works documentation Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure effective project delivery Supporting project programming, coordination and site-based activities where required Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant industry standards Managing workload across multiple live projects to meet agreed deadlinesThe successful Architect will have: ARB registration Significant experience in a UK based practice Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations Revit proficiency required Experience producing specifications and Scope of Works documents Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications Strong communication and organisational skills Ability ..... full job details .....
