ArchitectLocation: OxfordSalary: 35-40,000An established architectural practice is looking for an experienced Architect to join its team, working across a varied portfolio of high-quality projects with a particular focus on conservation and sensitive existing buildings. The successful candidate will have strong experience working in ArchiCAD, alongside a solid understanding of conservation principles and the challenges involved in working with historic and listed buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect who enjoys working across projects from concept through to delivery and is looking to join a collaborative, design-focused practice.The RoleWorking across a range of residential and heritage-led projectsDeveloping designs from concept through to technical deliveryProducing high-quality drawings and documentation using ArchiCADWorking sensitively with existing, historic and listed buildingsLiaising with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authoritiesSupporting projects through the planning, listed building and technical stagesContributing to the wider design and development of projects within the studioThe CandidateQualified, ARB registered, Architect with several years of UK experienceStrong proficiency in ArchiCAD is essentialProven experience working on conservation, heritage or listed building projectsGood knowledge of UK planning and building regulationsStrong technical understanding and attention to detailConfident producing detailed ..... full job details .....
