The team works across the Residential, Healthcare and Education sectors and have a keen interest in sustainability and are aiming to be net-zero over the next few years, so would like the Senior Architect to share this goal. Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery and coordination of architectural projects. Produce Building Regulations applications, tender documentation and construction drawing packages. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, planning officers, Building Control, consultants and contractors. Prepare feasibility studies, Design and Access Statements, planning applications and supporting documentation. Develop project specifications using NBS where required.
