A well-established architectural practice in Northampton is seeking a talented Architect to join its growing team. With a diverse portfolio spanning sectors including logistics, education, hospitality, civic, leisure, and residential, the practice offers the opportunity to work on projects ranging from -500,000 to over -200 million in value.

• Lead and deliver projects across all RIBA work stages
• Develop creative design solutions and produce high-quality technical packages
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project programmes and ensure successful project delivery
• Utilise Revit on a daily basis, alongside other design software where required
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice through collaborative working and design excellence

• ARB-registered Architect with post-qualification experience
• Proven experience leading projects through multiple RIBA stages
• Strong design, technical detailing, and project coordination skills
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Organised, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work
• A genuine enthusiasm for architecture and ongoing professional development
