I am currently working with a well-established, design-led architectural practice based in York, who are looking to appoint an Architect to join their growing team. The practice specialises in high-quality residential projects, including bespoke homes, extensions and small-scale developments across North Yorkshire. Daily Duties

• Develop and coordinate design and technical information across all project stages
• Prepare and submit planning and Building Regulations applications
• Produce detailed drawing packages using BIM software
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
• Attend site visits and project meetings
• Manage project deadlines and deliverables effectively

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Architect with 3+ years'' UK experience
• Strong background in residential projects
• Good working knowledge of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD or similar BIM software
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Proactive, organised and able to work both independently and within a team
