Salary: -34-38,000

A respected, design-focused architectural practice is seeking a skilled Architect to join its Cardiff studio. With more than 50 years of delivering high-quality, sustainable projects both across the UK and internationally, the practice is known for producing commercially viable, user-centered design solutions. The team operates across architecture, urban design, and masterplanning, with a portfolio that includes mixed-use, retail, leisure, residential, and workplace projects.

Role & Responsibilities

* Lead and contribute to projects across multiple RIBA stages
* Develop design concepts from initial idea through to technical completion
* Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
* Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
* Ensure all work complies with UK Building Regulations
* Participate in and lead project meetings, presentations, and site visits

The successful Architect will have:

* ARB-registered Architect with a recognised qualification
* Proven experience in a UK architectural practice
* Strong design and technical skills across all stages of a project
* Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction techniques
* Proficiency in Revit; Adobe Creative Suite skills are advantageous
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, organised working style
