Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of residential projects across all stages
• Prepare planning and Building Regulations applications
• Produce detailed drawing and technical packages using BIM software
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Attend site visits and project meetings as required
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Architect with several years'' UK experience
• Proven experience in residential architecture
• Strong understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD or similar BIM software
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team
