RIBA Part 3 qualified Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ UK post-qualification experience
to join our team in a long-term role. This is an opportunity for an architect who is dynamic, confident, and determined, and who wants to play an integral role in shaping the future of the practice.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to projects across all
RIBA Plan of Work stages , from concept through to completion.Produce high-quality design work, technical drawings, and construction details.Coordinate planning applications and liaise with local authorities, consultants, and contractors.Ensure compliance with
UK Building Regulations Approved Documents, Planning Policy, and Legislation .Prepare and present design proposals to clients.Work both independently and collaboratively within a small, supportive team.Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice.Essential Skills and ExperienceRIBA Part 3 qualified, with minimum
5 years’ UK experience post-qualification .Proficient in
AutoCAD and Revit .Skilled in
SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
