The successful candidate will play a key role in the technical delivery of a Commercial project producing high-quality drawing packages and coordinating information through the detailed design and construction phases. Key Responsibilities Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit. Lead and contribute to the delivery of projects through RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design). Prepare coordinated construction information suitable for tender and construction. Coordinate architectural information with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants. Ensure projects comply with current Building Regulations, planning requirements, and relevant British Standards. Resolve technical design challenges and develop practical, buildable solutions. Attend design team meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants. Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and technical coordination throughout project delivery.
