A small, friendly, and passionate architectural practice in Oxfordshire is seeking an Architect or Project Architect with experience in UK healthcare projects. The successful candidate will join a people-focused design team, where collaboration, creativity, and thoughtful design are at the heart of the practice.

Candidate requirements:

Qualified Architect with 3-10 years'' experience
Proven experience in healthcare architecture projects in the UK
Ability to take on multiple roles within projects
Strong design skills with a focus on people-centred solutions
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely within a small, supportive team
