Architect

Konker Group is working with a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy that is looking to bring an Architect into its Bristol team.

Based on the outskirts of the city, this is a practice with real depth, around 200 people across the UK delivering projects across healthcare, education, residential and retail.

You’ll be joining a collaborative environment where Architects, Technologists and Surveyors work closely together, giving you exposure to projects from early design through to delivery.

The workload is varied, but there’s a strong pipeline of technically interesting schemes, particularly within healthcare and education.

You’ll be involved across multiple RIBA stages, supporting the delivery of projects from concept through to completion.

• Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to develop design and technical solutions
• Support planning applications, technical packages and construction information
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors

To Be Considered: Architect

• Qualified Architect (ARB registered or equivalent)
• Experience working across RIBA stages, ideally with strong technical exposure
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

Salary between £40,000 and £45,000 depending on experience.
