Qualified Architect - (Data Centre / Commercial Projects) Location: London, UK Salary: 50-60K DOE About the Role: A leading international architectural practice is seeking a Qualified Architect to join their London studio. The successful candidate will work on major data centre and high-tech commercial projects across Europe, contributing to all stages of design and technical delivery. Key Responsibilities: Work independently across all RIBA stages with minimal supervision. Develop concept designs and present proposals to clients and local planning authorities. Lead technical design development, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning policy. Prepare comprehensive tender and construction documentation. Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, planning officers, and building control. Produce high-quality presentation materials for planning and client submissions. Identify and resolve design and technical challenges throughout project delivery. Maintain design quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery in line with project budgets. Candidate Profile: ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent). Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience. Experience delivering large-scale data centre or high-tech commercial projects. Strong design sensibility with excellent coordination and client liaison skills. Proficient in Revit. In-depth knowledge of UK planning and building regulations.
