Overview of the Role
An Architect is required to join an established practice in London, working on healthcare projects from concept through construction. You will be involved in design development, technical delivery and multidisciplinary coordination, while maintaining quality, compliance and programme requirements. The role also includes client-facing responsibilities, team support and progression towards Associate level.
Practice & Project Information
The practice delivers healthcare projects requiring detailed design, technical documentation and close coordination with consultants and contractors. You will work across project stages, balancing design quality, buildability, compliance and cost considerations while contributing to project delivery, client relationships and wider business development activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery across healthcare schemes from concept through construction
- Produce concept designs, presentations and detailed technical information
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, clients and internal project teams
- Manage workloads and project resources to support programme requirements
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to consistent project standards
- Support client meetings, proposals, tenders and business development activity
Required Skills and Experience
- Professional experience within an architectural practice and project delivery environment
- Strong technical design, detailing and documentation skills across relevant project stages
- Strong Revit, BIM 360 and AutoCAD capability, with knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Suite
- Good understanding of BIM processes and multidisciplinary information coordination
- Strong knowledge of current Building and Planning Regulations
- Confident communication, organisation, client-facing and project coordination skills
Benefits and Package
