This is an opportunity for a design-focused and technically capable professional who can confidently lead teams, manage projects through all RIBA stages, and contribute strategically to the growth of the practice.The successful candidate will combine strong design sensibility with leadership, client-facing confidence, and excellent project delivery skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage architectural teams across multiple projectsOversee projects from concept design through to completionCoordinate consultants, contractors, and wider project stakeholdersDevelop innovative design solutions for complex residential, commercial, and regeneration schemesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design standardsMentor junior team members and support staff developmentAttend and lead client meetings, presentations, and design workshopsPrepare and review planning, technical, and construction documentationEnsure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning requirementsSupport business development opportunities and contribute to winning new workRequirementsARB registered Architect (RIBA chartered ..... full job details .....
