This opportunity suits an ambitious professional who excels at balancing creative vision with practical delivery, ensuring projects meet exacting standards for quality, budget, and timeline.Key Responsibilities:Take charge of advanced technology and data centre projects from initial concept through to completion across all RIBA work stagesServe as the central coordination point for consultant teams, client relationships, and internal project deliveryMonitor project budgets, programming, and quality control while preserving design integrity and technical excellenceDirect teams in developing comprehensive design documentation, planning applications, and detailed technical packagesChampion Revit implementation and establish best-practice BIM methodologies across project workflowsCultivate and maintain strong client partnerships through clear communication and expectation managementSkills and Experience:ARB registration required; RIBA Chartered status highly valuedMinimum 3-5 years post-qualification experience in commercial architecture with demonstrated large-scale project leadershipEstablished experience guiding teams through complete design and construction processesAdvanced Revit capabilities essential; proficiency in additional 3D modelling software beneficialComprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, technical detailing, and practical buildability considerationsExceptional attention to detail with dedication to quality assurance and control protocolsStrong presentation and communication abilities with proven client management and team leadership experienceCapability to juggle multiple project demands within a dynamic, collaborative studio environmentWhy Join?Become part of a global design leader with the resources, expertise, and vision to deliver some of the world''s most technically demanding projects.
