A leading international architecture and design practice is seeking a Project Architect to join its London studio, working within its specialist data centre team. This is a full-time, in-office position offering the opportunity to work alongside a highly motivated and collaborative team on large-scale commercial projects. Coordinate and integrate architectural and consultant construction documentsReview details, redlines, and conduct QA/QC checksDevelop creative design solutions within project parametersTranslate concepts into clear visual representationsAssist in managing project schedules and deliverablesPresent technical solutions to stakeholdersMentor and support junior team membersResolve design and technical challenges in coordination with the project managerApply current industry standards, codes, and construction practicesConduct client presentations and manage client relationshipsParticipate in master planning and conceptual designEnsure constructibility and budget alignment in design solutionsQualifications
ARB registration required; RIBA Chartered Membership preferredMinimum of five years’ experience in commercial architectureProven experience managing teams on large-scale projectsStrong proficiency in Revit; experience with other 3D software advantageousHigh attention to detail and commitment to QA/QCStrong understanding of construction methods and documentationExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage project fees, schedules, and client expectationsExperience in master planning and technical designFamiliarity with BIM360/ACC desirableBenefits
