What You''ll Bring:

• ARB registration with significant UK post-qualification experience.

• Creative design skills underpinned by strong technical expertise.

• Demonstrated success delivering projects through planning, construction, and handover.

• In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations.

• Proficiency in Revit - essential for this role.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.

• Retail project experience - beneficial but not required.
