Salary: -35,000 - -45,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a RIBA chartered practice who provide their expertise to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for a talented Architect to join their expanding team in their Leeds studio

Duties for the role of Architect include:

• Produce drawings with RIBA stages 2 through to 5
• Manage residential projects through to completion
• Produce detailed drawing packages and fee schedules
• Liaise with consultants and specialists to build working relationships

Skills and experience for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Relevant post Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
• Experience with Revit is desirable
• Ability to manage projects through planning, tender and site stages
• Experience working on projects within the residential sector
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
