Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and attend client briefings to gather detailed requirements

• Prepare and submit 2D and 3D design packages for planning applications

• Coordinate with external design teams to ensure seamless project delivery

• Produce detailed Building Regulation packages

• Represent the practice at industry events and networking functions

• Respond to new business enquiries and explore potential project opportunities

• Manage multiple project deadlines independently

• Assist the director with daily operations, including office logistics and administration

Experience

• ARB Registered Architect

• Strong experience in the residential sector, with proven ability across RIBA Stages 0-4

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign

• In-depth knowledge of Planning Policy and Building Regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Confident and professional in client and networking environments
